noltewerk is your innovative partner for the manufacture of plastic and rubber products. We develop and manufacture high-quality products in the fields of conveyor, elastomer and plastics technology. And provide you with a wide range of semi-finished products for your own further processing.
Now covering almost one hectare, the Nolte Group ensures that its customers' businesses not only run reliably, but are also fit for the future. In doing so, noltewerk works hand in hand with Carl Nolte Technik, from which it originally emerged. As early as 1885, company founder Carl Nolte stood for the values that we still represent today: "Quality, expert advice and customer service are the basis of our success".
From the development and design department to production with its modern and diverse range of machinery to the in-house test laboratory, all trades work together to find the optimum solution for your challenges. In addition, we always have a well-stocked warehouse of semi-finished technical and transparent plastics and elastomers in a wide range of qualities and formats. This has two advantages: Firstly, we can supply you with the desired semi-finished products quickly and reliably, and secondly, our in-house production has short distances and a large selection for the execution of your order that is convincing in terms of quality and cost-effectiveness. Our sales and administration team is also based in Greven.
noltewerk is particularly in demand as an OEM supplier. We supply components and elements for machines and systems for countless industries. Our portfolio ranges from the smallest part, such as slide rails, to high-quality acrylic enclosures and complete conveyor systems. Whether mechanical engineering, the agricultural industry, the food industry, logistics or recycling companies - the nolteteam's customer base spans the entire spectrum of industries. Our service does not end with the finished product - our customers rely on our installation and maintenance service to ensure smooth operation at all times.
Service base Gescher-Hochmoor (Borken district)
The Greven site is already a well-connected hub from which we support our customers far beyond the Münsterland region. noltewerk operates regionally, nationally and internationally. In order to meet the increasing demand, especially in the Ruhr region, we have also had a base in the Borken district for some time now. This moved from Velen to Gescher-Hochmoor in 2023. There, the noltewerk service team has even better opportunities to install and maintain your systems. And from there, it is only a short distance to you. A win-win situation for our customers and also our employees, who are happy about the short distances to work. The Nolte Group is growing healthily and steadily - we are already looking forward to the next stage of expansion of our companies and thus also of our performance capability
In 1885, Carl Nolte founded his "factory and warehouse for chemical technical products" in Münster. His idea was to supply the rapidly developing industry in Münsterland with everything it needed. He started with a horse-drawn cart, and later the sales representatives traveled to customers by bicycle. Over the decades, the range of products and services has constantly expanded and modernized. Camel hair friction belts were modern back then, but today they have become high-tech products with highly specialized properties.
2003 is one of the major milestones, because in this year the Münster and Greven branches, which were bursting at the seams due to strong growth, were brought together at one location, Mergenthalerstraße in Greven. Logistically optimally located and with expansion areas already planned at the time, this was a forward-looking decision. The first extension was completed in 2008.
In 2014, the next logical consequence of growth and the birth of noltewerk: the three manufacturing competencies of Carl Nolte Technik - conveyor, elastomer and plastics technology - became a separate company, noltewerk. This allows both companies to concentrate on their respective core competencies.
In 2018, space became too tight once again and extension number 2 was built to accommodate the growing machine park and extensive semi-finished product warehouse as well as the increased storage requirements of Carl Nolte Technik.
In 2022, the foundations were laid for the next expansion and a further plot of land was acquired. The signs point to further development and growth
