Plastics Conveyor Belts

 

 

The conveyor belt is the most important structural element of a belt-conveyor. It consists of a rotary belt on load-bearing rollers and slideways, which simultaneously serves as a load-bearing as well as traction device.
The plastics conveyor belt is, compared to the conveyor belt made of rubber, the lighter version.

Conveyor belts made of plastics are used to transport light- to medium-weight bulk cargo and packaged goods. These belts, depending on their intended purpose, are especially well suited for application in the area of light mechanical engineering and small drum diameters.
