Additionally: we select the fitting rubber compound from a wide range of qualities for your scope of application. Available are NR, SBR, EPDM, and NBR to name but a few. If required, we use compounds featuring particular benefits in terms of thermal or chemical stress.
By using a waterjet we have the ability to cut various base materials into many different shapes. The swivel mounted head which pivots by up to 68° allows for bevelled cuts. Almost any material, ranging from soft, porous foam to hard materials, may be processed. In addition, through vulcanization we are able to permanently bond rubber by use of time, temperature and pressure.
